Insults towards small things

Legitimately, I said, "baccas are dumb" and was banned for 3 days by abuse, I've talked to Antster about it and he said he'd look into it with others and give me an answer back ASAP... It's been 1 and 1/2 months.
So I want to hear the opinion of everyone else in the forums. Should that honesty be considered abuse if I said only that much? (And by the way, this is preventing me from applying for moderator)

Baccas have had rejection since whatever day Jerome first joined MCSG. It's just fans of them. Back in february or march I saw it was a nuisance with 6 man bacca teams yelling caps and swearing, but now it's died off. The only way I hate baccas now is if I see a team of 4+ of all members of bajan and bac, or I see one hacking, other than that I don't really find it all that much

it depends of what you're saying and what you interpret as, small things. Like if you say Baccas suck at MCSG, that's too much, even if someone wearing the skin is nooby. Saying they're dumb is disrespecting, but not at a huge level. If I was a mod to see it, I would warn not to say it again, but I wouldn't kick unless they said Baccas suck so much at MCSG Go to Fridge ominous Bac

The reason it's different is because you are discriminating against a person for their taste in YouTube videos.
With that said, it still shouldn't be a 3 day ban for abuse. I would only warn, possibly a kick at th most. If you had ban dispute I am sure you would have been unbanned. The best thing you could do now is email an admin or poke a member of senior staff on the TeamSpeak.

If so, why does this matter...
If you want to have the ban removed from your record, email Chad or another admin.
