Find another team.
Thank them for considering you.
If it's the lack of wins, try to get more wins. Do not stay up late at night just to achieve it.
If it's maturity, just act more mature.

You should not

Instigate flame wars
Force moderators to come in to mediate the situation.
Beg Nick or Jake just to get in
Rant over it on the thread.


If a player tells you to leave the thread, just listen. Contribute something positive and relevant.
