Well someone kinda has to build it and submit it, they can't reject a map that hasn't been built.

Is that why Demon's Breeze got removed? Oh wait, it didn't. If the community decided remakes didn't work, they would have voted in the poll to get them all removed.

Same goes for Solar Frost, or at least change it back to the old solar frost. It wasn't really remade, it was just edited and still has pretty much the same layout.

What about freeze island? Also, everyone who played on the old solar frost (I did for a long time), agrees that the old solar frost was WAY better than the new one. Demon's Breeze is a good map, but it is one that would not be accepted nowadays because of how it is a remake. Basically, everyone wants original maps now, not ones that are remakes.

You have no clue how much hate someone will get if they make this map and submit it for acceptance, do you?

I would say no since people have lag on demons breeze because of the lava. If this map had lava instead of water, the lag could be insane. And as stated above, this has been brought up by someone, and people said they would not like to see this map. And personally, I would not like to see this map be added to the servers. But if you want, go ahead and make it and submit, just warning you that it might not be added. You will need to ask the creator of Holiday Resort if you can remake it, just to be safe.

I agree, old Solar Frost was better. No-one has complained enough for them to poll it and check if the majority of people want the old one. Honestly I don't care if people think the idea is good, they should at least wait for the map to be built before they can judge it and write it off as a poor map.
