So, during my times of MCSG, i have seen a lot of problems with the community, and mostly its staff. Let me get to the point. There are good mods/sr mods, such as: @slasherxtreme, and @Tal_Pal, but there are some really bad mods that just don't care. They get hired for making a long in-detailed app, but some have no servers that they got staff on. Such as there friends servers then yes, but they have no actual job. As they say 'Quality over quanity', but some of these mods have no time with mod, they just wrote a good application. I just looked at the staff list, and said, 'wow'. Seeing some mods who i know that don't know what they're doing. I know this lowers my chance of getting mod, but i had to get that out. Sorry.

If you have an issue with whom they are picking for an interview, you should contact a Sr.Mod.

In regards to 'lack of experience'; You need experience to get experience. Everybody has to start somewhere.

If you believe that a moderator is unfit for a staff position here at MCGamer, simply contact a Senior Moderator detailing the problems that you feel may come up.

I will also be locking this thread, as I can easily see people complaining about the moderators they are not keen on, and it is best to quench drama and flame wars before they begin.
