How do I make a signature where it has a little mini clip and replays over and over again?

I think you mean a GIF file, which is actually a photo that repeats itself. You can get several GIFs from the web. Just make sure that they are appropriate and not huge. For some funny GIFs, go to:

gifbin.com
senorgif.com
whatgif.com

You can also create some GIFs with some online creators if you want to put your funniest videos into a GIF.

How do I put it on my signature though?

Start by right-clicking your image and click the option that says "Save Image Link" or "Save Image Address" or something along those lines. Then go to your profile page, and it says "Signature". Go there and click on the photo of the sun and the mountains. Then do Ctrl + V or Command + V, depending on your OS. Then, you have your signature!

Looks like it didn't work. You seem to have the link, but click on the icon in the toolbar that shows the photo of a mountain and a sun. Then insert your image URL and you should be set!
