Some Problem with SG3 Map!

Today I played SG3 for the first time on EU16. However while I was spectator I saw a guy beeing stuck under the bridge across the canyon. I place a photo here so you can see it. Hopefully you
can fix it.

Are you blind? He can escape if he walks 1 block forward and then to his left he can walk up again.. dont make useless posts.

He was stuck! I dont care if he could get out , cause he didnt!
