Hi,
All MCSG youtubers, have the problem that I have. So I thought of solutions and I'm going to writing it all done on this thread. I'll give a point to address the problem, then how to solve it.

Point/Problem:
Warning; somw of you may find this "Offensive" please do not this is for your help. About 80% of MCSG youtubers share a problem. The prob;em is pretty big, and could easily be fixed. Now you're probably trying to think of the problem but that's coming later. So the average MCSG youtubes has about 100-150 Subscribers on youtube. Which is good since I only have 20, from my eyes 100 subs is amazing! But when you guys have around 150 subs and you only get a average of 30 views a video. That sucks because you put so much work into your videos. You're most likely like Smosh, PewDiePie, RWJ, have 10+ Million subs, and they only get around a million views per video. But the only difference is that, that's enough views to get them on the front page of youtube! So they're happy. Here is the problem.. Well it is simple about 80% of MCSG based channels are simply Boring! There I said it almost all of MCSG based channels are boring and dull. Almost all the channels are the same, who wants to watch 50 different people do the same thing? I know I can barely watch 2 MCSG youtubers. So I have some tips in the solution below, that can get your channel bigger with the same problem I share with 80% of you.

Solution:

Make your channel different that everyone elses. First, restart, get a new Channel. You're most likely saying "No way I'll just change!" But if a fifth of you subscriber base is watching your videos, you're most likely going to crash and burn! Once you get your new channel, make a amazing intro, not the same one everyone has with the blocks. Take this video for inpiration:
(This is just here to show the intro not the whole video.
That is good because it's short, catchy and catches your attention! sxephil did what you have to do as a Youtuber, he captured your attention early on. Sorry to say be spinning blocks dosn't capture my attention :/. But that is not all, he has his famous saying "Sup, nation!" All MCSG youtubers have around the same saying "Hey dudes" or something around that area. Now that you captured your audiences attention, it's time to make them laugh and make them feel like you wasted there time because the video wasn't good. So go and watch bigger MCSG youtubers like @Blamph and @ThatOneTomahawk for inspiration. Hopefully, ideas will start to flow in after watching them. Now heres the hard part, you have to wait before you pull this off. Once you get 300 subs I'd say is the best time to do so. Why? Because, once you hit 300 subs your channel starts to grow more often than not, plus you're one of the "Better" MCSG youtubers! So I hope this helps you and I hope I got the problem propularly addressed. Thank you for reading.

Also to you thinking what about an outro? I wouldn't worry about it once you get 2, 500+ subs.

Coming from a guy with 400 subscribers...

Guys, unless you have a great computer, great PvP skills, great commentary, good game-plays, and a decent voice -- You're not going to make it. Unless you have all those, just recording MCSG doesn't cut it.

Also, the reason Blamph and ThatOneTomahawk succeeded is that they were already big names prior to their YouTubing. People looked up to them and wanted to watch them because they wanted to see what they did to make them so good. Sorry, if you're not a big name on MCSG, it's going to be that much harder to get started.

Ok, thats a start, but with that, what makes you different from the rest? Almost everyone does the same.

I'm aware of that but, the better the intro is, the more people get hooked and start to watch the whole video and become a huge fan.

Let's be serious, since the reign of Mitch & Jerome, it seems to me that everyone has a YouTube channel. If this is the case, your looking at competing with thousands maybe even millions of other survival games players who all have the same content. I see YouTube channels which have made 300 videos and still only have 100 subscribers If you really want to make YouTube videos, you have to enjoy doing it. Do not slave your self to try and be the best because odds on, your channel will not grow. Start off simple, get a solid fan base and enjoy what you are doing.

Well, I wasn't referring to myself. Just, in general.
I know, I was referring to the general audience as well.

That is true, but it seems that everyone loves what they're doing, but they want a bigger fan base. This doesn't mean every single MCSG youtuber, I meant some. (I'm referring to my sentence that I made to quote you. >.<)

I disagree, I find some youtubers very desperate.
