Hey there :3

So recently, I've been drawing on paper a lot and I think I am pretty good at it (and a lot of my friends say I'm really good), so I've decided that I would buy a tablet so I can draw digitally, and possibly open up an avatar shop once I get the time and the hang of the tablet. I've been looking around for a bit and I assumed that Wacom made the best ones so I'm sticking with them. I didn't want anything too professional, something easy to use. My price range would me a maximum of $100 dollars (Canadian), but preferably cheaper.

I found the Wacom Bamboo Splash, but it has some good reviews and some bad, so I'm wondering if it's worth buying (here), or of I should spend a bit more and get the Wacom Bamboo Capture (here). What are your guy's opinions? Do you recommend anything else? I'm also probably going to use a free software like Gimp, as I don't really feel like spending money on one (unless it's relatively inexpensive). As I said before, I'm only a beginner at this, so I don't want to dish out too much money.

Thanks :3

(Sorry if it's in the wrong section, I assumed it had to do with art xP)
