Well first off I am going to start off with the PVP items that can help you and battle, and improve your chances of winning! Feel free to add any if you find one .

Axes (Any) It's worse than making a sword, but still good.

Well that is it for the PVP items. Now on to the Fun items !

Item Frames! Especially easy in maps like Fallen Empire where there are a lot of cows . By the way you can place items on them, and no one else can break them !!

Carrot on a stick!

Blocks! (Any, blocks that are available)
