Remove /kill

I did this a while ago, I gave my friend a ender pearl and he got 3 spawn chest and he had full iron, stone sword already. GG.

Chests do have nothing in pregame, but they have the advantage since they are already at the middle, while the other people are trying to run towards corn.

I think disabling/removing /kill is easier

Not on the original SG maps. Those have items in them. Also, I haven't used the glitch, I know this from hearing about it.

Get rid of /kill /murder /suicide, but KEEP /seppuku
