What kind of servers are "in"?

So I was wondering, what kind of servers are "in"?

By what kind of servers I mean something like Factions, SG, Spleef, etc.

There's a lot of factions servers, but I think the only reason that ours got many players is due to the popularity of the other gamemodes.

I pretty much only play mcsg but occasionally the super smash servers

I'd say most popular is definitely faction servers and survival servers. After that comes all the gamemodes e.g. spleef, quakecraft, sg.

Servers that minigames such as this community and many others are more popular than pure survival and factions.
