You realize, you make yourself look entirely like an idiot, and seem not to care that this person is leaving. Be respectful of these people and their decisions. You do not have to do this to everyone who feels it is necessary for them to leave the community. It doesn't only make you look like an idiot, but also selfish. Please be respectful of people in the future, as I find it very hurtful to someone who does that.
