It's not allowed if those other people from the other clan were intentionally helping the clan which your were battling. You would also need proof or one of the respected moderators to witness it for a disqualification.

if all the clans agree i don't see why not, although it wouldnt really determine which clan is better and other clans could work together in some ways which would cause arguments. i would recommend sticking to the standard clan vs clan.
