Since I actually have on the Survival that Produces about 3000-5000 Potatoes every 10-20 minutes so I'd just replant them.

Potatoes=Best Minecraft food. Period. I think at some time I'll build a massive automated potato farm. And all the poisonous ones will go into a chest that's labeled "Yummy potatoes for Bill and Jenny".
