This looks like it was made with World Painter.
Upon reading the comments, I can pretty much confirm that it was. It looks very smooth and plain. The terraforming in general seems inconsistent.

Well i did make it with world painter, i like world painter. Plus this map is still being made i haven't even started on buildings yet so the plainness will be fixed

I see. Generally, WorldPainter is not preferred by the more professional map makers. Unique and spontaneous terraforming is sought after. Programs like World Edit and Voxel Sniper are good for terraforming.

Yeah i understand, Its just world painter its so much easier to work with
