if they flanked he could have taken out the flanker 1v1 then he would have still won

killing one of them and regrouping later to kill the other is like 2v1 basics, never split up against a better player.

If one gets behind him and one gets in front, that's pretty fatal. Any hits from behind could cause him serious trouble. Although, if he went underwater and got them from above he probably would have beat them too.

Lol this strategy is amazing! I used this once in a 3v1 on map 1. Works like a charm xD I was off the coast on the ocean near the pirate ship cove and a group of 3 were trying to kill me, I killed one and almost killed another but he like teleported away or something, becauseI was hitting him, almost dead, thn he just plain dissapeared. Was a weird battle

Best 2 v 1 strategy - Flint and Steel - set one on fire take out the other then kill the flaming one. Easy as pie.

my strategy for 2 v 1 is: smash one certain one bows swords flint and steel etc til he runs to regenerate hp or he dies. Then I lure the other one into a forest where i run for a bit to regenerate hp and can lead him into a corner where i can repeatedly hit him til he dies, then I go get the other one if he isn't already dead.
