---- This is a mac-specific issue only-------

So I was looking to download a mod, and I was following the directions to get me to my minecraft folder (Library/ Application support/ minecraft folder) but once I got to application support, I could only find the minecraft application, I couldn't find a minecraft folder.

I've been able to download texture packs, because once I'm in-game, when I go to "Options" then "Resource Packs" (Taking me to a list of texture packs) I'm able to open the "Resource Packs" folder directly from the game.

I asked around on skype a bit, and looked online, tried a few solutions, didn't work for me. I've heard that the issue might be related to the folder being "hidden".

If you have a solution, are experiencing the same issue, or need more information, be sure to leave a reply!

And... I'm back. Ok, here's how you find your Minecraft folder. Do what you would normally do to get to the Resource/Texture pack folder. Once there, you should see a group of four buttons on the top of the Finder window. These represent how you view the folder. You should click on the third icon. It should look like four columns. This should let you see the other folders. I hope I helped.

THANK YOU. I was just thinking about changing the view, but it seemed stupid :p.

I really appreciate all the help with this and the crash error! Thanks again!
