Minecraft textures

Just yesterday this started happening:

I didn't change anything, I just opened up Minecraft that night and boom, it was all derpy. I've deleted my .minecraft, reinstalled, tried 3 different launchers, used optifine and magic launcher to no avail. Does anyone know what's going on? :S

Huh, weird, happens to me, but only when I use shader packs with waving textures :l.
