Jcamotts, the lower ranks are complaining, remember a while back i asked that people that aren't on the clan battle roster have nothing to do? Even some people that you have kicked, have been saying that they were inactive because they didn't feel needed. I think we should arrange Mcsg games so that everyone in the clan would feel like their part of the clan ad have fun!

Yes I agree, but like I said in my previous post, it is up to THEM if they want to feel needed, they ave the choice to be active and helpful or inactive and doing nothing.

I think it should be like we arrange a game with lower clan member ranks, than make it like 3 days before the thing start, and if they don't reply or go, then that means if they complain ever again, thats their fault.

Sorry for the Double post, but I feel I need to clarify things here. Most of you are saying that I never change the Clan Battle roster, well here are the reasons I don't change it:

1. Everyone on the roster are good PvPers

2. I don't know if you guys are good PvPers because you don't play on Roxbot or even try to meet up with me or the Staff.

3. The people on the roster are Active on the thread, so I can count on them to see the dates of the battles.

4. You guys are Inactive so I don't think I can trust you to check the thread to see when battles will be.

5. All the people on the roster are my good friends because I play with them on Roxbot.

6. Most of you don't play on Roxbot, so I don't get to know you or see if your good at PvP.

There you have it, all the reasons you guys are not on the roster.

Edit: I do realize that you guys are at a loss of what to do, so if you feel like you have nothing to do, start something yourself! We're always open to your thoughts and ideas. If you think you have an idea to help out the clan, then share it! Even if some of you guys are good artists and can make clan art, I could make a graphic designer rank. Any idea at all, even if its crazy, should be worth a try! So I hope this could help all you guys get inspired to help out, even asking me about clan battles, if you have the idea of the battle, you will be on the roster for that battle! Hope this helps!

Well I have noticed this also, but the thing is the reason everyone feels that their not needed is because you guys are all inactive, the Clan does need you but if you are going to apply for the clan get accepted and then never post on the page again then we don't need you. If you want to feel like your needed then post on the thread daily, get active with the clan business, and play some Mcsg or Roxbot with members. It is really your choice, do you want to be important or not? And if you want to feel like a true part of this clan, then you need to really take part in it. I haven't been seeing that from members, and then they come along and say that the don't feel important, well if your not going to post on the thread or get to know your clan members, then you are not important at all. It's up to you, do you want to be needed or not?
