How to identify a hacker?

just seeing lately alot of people either accusing me of hacking or others how can you be sure someone is a hacker before you record for evidence?

Sprintparticles, doesnt lose sprint after hitting you, as fast as you without sprintjumping, can hit alot of people att the same time etc etc

yeah ive noticed today a person not naming them until i have more evidence was constantly hitting while sprinting is that an obvious hack?

Did he hit you at the same time or just hitting in the air? You can also get evidence when they are shooting a bow

If he hits you without stop sprinting, its obviously bsm, but get enough evidence and ask a mod what they think.

also obvious hacks if they are walking and water, climbing walls, looting all items from chests instantly, etc. I once encountered a water walker, didnt have fraps so i didn't get him. I still remember his name though, so..
