My apologies if my reply doesn't make much sense, however I am having a very hard time reading what you've said.

From what I can tell, you'd like to have an officer add you on Skype, and talk to you, since you can't use TeamSpeak. Understandable, however, as far as I know, TeamSpeak is really the only suitable way to get to know all of the Rebels, and better your chances of being accepted into the clan.

If your TeamSpeak doesn't work, I'd just suggest putting your application on hold, until your TeamSpeak starts working.

Slayer, not to be rude or anything but begging wont bring you anywhere. I suggest you fix your TeamSpeak before applying. Without TeamSpeak it's very hard for us to communicate. Try re-installing your TeamSpeak, it could work!
