EU has the best amazing players I feel. US has a ton of really good players though.
What location the servers would be in would be decisive in this.

I believe you to,thats why I think its better to have up to 5 servers in one continent and in that 5 servers it will be organised from good players,pro players and even players who are still learning to be good.If we do it like this there will be winners for a specific rank category.

See here now, I don't know if this entails 1v1, survival games, or a series of challenges to pass. Not only that, but declaring someone 'the best' will cause unneeded drama and hate. I mean, bragging rights are good, but we already have enough situations where you can brag already. I don't like this idea, I'm sorry.
