I need help!

I am trying to log in to MCSG and it keeps timing out, while when I log on with my friend's account, it works. Somebody reported me for something, but I do not think that was the cause of it. Can you possibly try to ban me, then unban me to see if that will help! Thanks!

Are you seeing messages such as "java.class.exception", or does it look like it's from MCSG?

If shes Timing out, its client side.

Timing our can be fixed in numerous ways, google search your error and try from there.

I ran you're name in the ban history and you are currently banned for sprint hacks, this will be why you cannot connect. You should see a message that says why you are banned not a java.class error that comes up. Thread closed due to answer found.
