Can someone help me with this Skin bug?

Okay so I have used Magic Launcher to play Minecraft with my Optifine since that's the only way I could use it. No one skin's would show up. Everyone was steve and I mean EVERYONE. Except me for some reason.
Then I switched to the regular launcher and mostly everyone was with their normal skin. Then since yesterday (after still using the normal minecraft launcher) everyone has slowly been going back to steve. But yet my skin is still me.
Why is it doing this? WHY! It's so boring to play MCSG with everyone as steve

hmm....I don't know then. This exact problem happened on my mac, soooo..yeah
