Does Every Admins reads the mod application before replying?

Do you have any MCBans? (If so, explain): i had a heart surgery and i was so worried so i started argument with bulletshield about respect sorry :/ didn't mean to.
Do you have any bans on our servers? (If so, explain. If you have had a successful ban dispute, please provide a link): i got banned in MCSG but without any warning before the banned.
Past administration or moderation experiences: i have tried both administration and moderation but not in minecraft servers in (runescape private servers) but i'm pretty sure there is a lot of common between both games rules
How would you punish players for breaking the rules?: i punish them depends about what rule they are breaking and i prefere to warn them 3 times at least before punishing them
Why do you believe you are qualified to be a moderator?: because i want to make this server safe and make the community happy about playing this server and invite their friends to it and make them peaceful and happy.
In what ways would your presence benefit our staff team?: Kindness and helping.
Do you have the ability to record video?: not always but i do videos you can find me on - www.youtube.com/nohelgaming
Do you own a microphone?: yes.
How much time a week are you willing to donate to help moderate our forums and servers?: i will donate as long as i can.
Where are you located? (Time zone): Middle East - United Arab Emirates (GMT +4 hours).

PS: I'm ready to stay on server 10 hours+ daily and if there is 2 bans about me first one they didn't give me a WARNING before banned 2nd one is explained on (do you have any MCBans?) please it really means a lot to me to be a moderator in MCSG its an honor for me i'm ready to do anything to have that position and thank you.

My answers:
Your app consists or one sentence answers, which are almost never detailed, therefore you will be denied.
Yes there was a major lack of detail in all areas.
This is true therefore, if you read the applying rules, you will never be accepted as moderator No exceptions.

All of SixZoSeven's points are legitimate.

1. The application is short. Some of the answers were less than 1 sentence, which shows that little effort was put into it.

2. The answers lacked detail. For example, what was the reason you were banned?

3. You should've posted a ban dispute if the ban was unjust. If you did, and it got accepted, you should've mentioned it in the application.

It has to be a lot longer. Try making it over 1000 worlds long, answer questions more detailed and don't complain if you dont get accepted. The senior mod that declined you (@SixZoSeven) has nothing to do with it and it's not his fault if you write an app that doesn't reach the standards. Also, to get an exception from a ban you need to contact the owner directly, but before you do that you should gather a lot of people to show that you're mature. Being banned on MCGamer once means you can't be mod without getting an exception from chad himself.

If you have ANY bans on MCSG that have not been overturned you are declined no matter what. As for the application itself it should be much longer (I admit I can't think of any way it could either but my imagination isn't the best ).

The one tip that I have would be to make your application a lot longer. Sixzo was right to say what he did. A good word estimate for a moderator application would be at least 900 words. However, it's quality that counts, not always quantity. On the topic of lack of detail, most of the sections of the application, you filled in with one or two sentences. Try to take your time when completing the application. Simply write more! Aim for a paragraph or two. Big paragraphs at that. As for the bans, their policy is that bans are an automatic denial. Sorry about your luck.
