Bounty is cool and all, but there isn't really an incentive for bountying someone. Rather, maybe introduce betting.
/bet <player> <amount>
Uses points like bounty, however, if that player wins the game, you get 125% (changeable) on return and the player gets a % of the points.
If that player dies, you lose your points and they go to the killer.
It adds an incentive for bountying and encourages economy throughout the community.
It seems a bit more fair and logical IMO.
