The only solution I could think of would be to buy yourself a new account under a new username. If you really don't want to buy a new one, you can file a ban dispute on the forums, and hope they see things your way.

I did a google map search, and there is only 1 town named "Dildo", so unless you live in northern Canada you're lying.
