- I've never broken a bone. My worst injury was when I hit my head on the wall going downstairs. I had my hands full, an apple in one hand and my water bottle in the other. I stumbled going down the stairs, and because I couldn't grab the railing, I tried to clear the stairs and jump to the bottom. I smacked my head against the wall and left a huge dent in it, and my forehead started bleeding. I couldn't move my neck for a couple days from that ;-;
