Usually, you'd right-click "the image, and select "Open image in new tab". If you press "Open image in new tab", you'll be redirected to a page where it literally just shows the image, and from there, you can right-click, and press "Save image as...".

Uploading it as a signature, is done simply by right-clicking, pressing "Open image in new tab" and copying the URL at the top of the page, then going to your profile, pressing "signature", clicking the little tree icon, and pasting the URL
