The Lag.

Something that has happened the last few days. This is not a complaint thread just something to ask and if a Sr.Mod+ can reply and tell us what is happening would be nice.

So the last couple of days at the same time 5GMT + and some weird server lag appears. I just played a game and some stuff I noticed. I couldn't run. I was getting hit from like 6 blocks which means that I was back there but kind of ghosted and also more usual laggy stuff. That is not my internet because it was all good a few days ago. In my opinion the problem is the hub. I know you guys wanted your other gamemodes to get much more popular but with that lag it's impossible to even play MCSG... I tried to connect to the survival server and nope. Didn't work. Some people say that it's getting DDoSed but it's always at the same time... Maybe a higher staff member can explain what is going on?

Yes I think it is the Hub sadly. MCSG Is going threw a big time adding the hub and I think the stability is Drunk.

It is the hub, I got that lagg in the hub, and now it seems to transfer in game too.

If more and more things like this start to pile up and completely destroy the MCSG servers via lag, I am just gonna quit or switch servers.

Or maybe remove Survival games from the hub!

I'm sorry deer ExKing, but Lag is a definite 'no-no' because it has more than likely already been posted about numerous times, and doesn't really even belong in "Survival Games Discussion."

It's not the hub that is causing lag. We have been DDoS'd a lot lately which is causing the constant crashing of the servers and the severe lag.

They should remove chat for non-donators, VIP's, Mods etc in the hub... try and reduce the lag a bit

Removing chat for Mods? So your solution is to have a chat filled with nothing but spam and rule breakers?
