Well, since this is a new trend, I might as well write up my own MCSG story. And surprisingly, some people were actually curious about it (

After getting into Minecraft in March of 2012, I was tired of always playing in singleplayer, trying to build a house, then dying in lava. I decided to start playing on multiplayer, but I didn't know any servers. After watching the huge Hunger Games event between all the youtubers, I knew that server would be right for me, since I was a big fan of the Hunger Games too .
After some looking around, I found these servers, and made a forums account and began playing. Back then, I wasn't very active on the forums, but I played in-game A LOT. I teamed with random strangers, the few I remember being: Dijk0, OhMyBananas, and ThomasxKid. We'd team every time we saw each other in-game, and we all had never won before. Eventually, we developed a sworn enemy; Milo.

He had the best route on SG1, and sometimes we'd try to steal it, only to end up being killed by him. During this time, I had absolutely no skill whatsoever, zero bounty and wins, and a shitty computer. Eventually, I got bored of MCSG, in around May, and took a seven month break; skipping the 1.2.5 glory days, BajanCanadian, and a big chunk of Beta. I returned for a short while in November, but I quickly forgot about the servers since I wasn't really in to Minecraft anymore.
I took, yet ANOTHER, long break; around 5 months. I remembered MCSG in around March of 2013, and began playing again. I got a new laptop which was A LOT better than my shitty computer, and I was active on the forums, and in-game. I was really enjoying the game. I made a very cool friend: oso051, and we'd team whenever we saw each other in a lobby, but unfortunately, we've drifted apart eventually since there were so many servers .

I finally got my first win, a few weeks later. I felt ecstatic. Shortly after, the wins kept coming and coming, and I got 100 wins about a month after. I was really in the game. But I was also lonely, and decided to join a clan; The Hurricanes. I applied, and got accepted. I also got active member around this time. I didn't do much at first, but then I applied for Clan Moderator, and got it. From this point, I met a lot of cool people, like smallr, ToeKnee, ResistantCorn12, PrivateCupcake10, toby22, epicdonkey66, and the rest of the clan.
I played with them every day; and I eventually got 200 wins with their help! Then, as the clan was falling apart, people were slowly beginning to leave; I got promoted to Leader of the clan. I was super happy and excited about this news . Then came clan wars, that changed our clan forever. We were put up against the Forgotten (worst decision on JustHellooo's part), and we got crushed; 8-0. Within the next few hours, the clan was at four members, and eventually disbanded.

Oh, I forgot to mention something. Around a month beforehand, I decided that I really wanted to join the Rebels clan, since I had a friend in it (UncrowdedFlyer5). So, smallr and I were on a quest to join the clan, but since we haven't spoken to many people, it was pretty hard for us. We stepped out of our shy shadows, smallr and I joined the ts for the first time, and barely even spoke. We were so scared and intimidated.
Eventually, smallr left me for the clan Sovereign. I was on the teamspeak more and more often, and I made some Rebels friends and I cannot wait to apply once a spot opens up. I've recently made a few mistakes, joining clans I wouldn't be dedicated in, betraying, it isn't the best time for me. But I'll get over it eventually. And here I am today; 251 wins later :3.
