A major update for MCSG Version 4.0

In my opinion, It's a great idea!

MCSGv2's release is the exact reason why we no longer make promises to have something on a certain date unless we're absolutely sure of it (it was promised January 1, it didn't come until February 18).
There's no reason for us to need to completely recode the plugin - that was the purpose of v2. Technically we're on some version past v2.5 right now (v2 = February 18, v2.5 = May 19, internal update to a new core).
