Fullscreen Lag - Help?

Hey guys,
Starting as of yesterday, whenever I play minecraft in fullscreen (Either pressing F11 or via the MC settings) I get an awful drop in FPS (10-20 frames, and it's constantly skipping around) but when I play MC windowed, my FPS is as it used to be in fullscreen (100-150 FPS, and stable).

Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but since I'm a YouTuber, I don't want to record in a window due to the black bars. I also like to have a Large HUD, but only fullscreen allows that.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

You don't need to be in fullscreen to record videos. I don't even record videos in fullscreen and I don't have black bars?

It gives me black bars :/ and I've always preferred fullscreen over windowed anyways.
