And what I mean is that he SHOULDN'T, not really that he can't. I know he can do whatever he wants, but he shouldn't.

Reminds me of when Activision got a decent Youtuber striked when he uploaded a video talking about how there was hacks in Black Ops II a day after the release (not to whine, but attempt to get attention to Treyarch/Activision), this included in-game music from Black Ops II because he was still enjoyed the game and wanted to continue making videos on it. The strike reason was unknown but most presumably it happened because of the music.

Then he made another video without any music but explaining about the other video and somehow he got a second strike. .-. If you think about it, Google's motto may seem relevant at their end, but their partnerships, sponsors and income are all twisted. That's the internet for you.
