Don't eat while playing, it's common sense. Gaming in unhealthy as it is, don't eat junk food and make it worse.

I normally just have a glass of water in my decorated Eagles tervis tumbler.

I do. I don't know about you guys, but I like to be healthy. I play about 1 hour a day if I play at all.
