I dont want to start something, but the way senior staff is treating recent matters is atrocious... They aren't really caring anymore, they're just banning almost seemingly randomly and just NOT CARING. You guys alone are letting your community fall into ruin and there are many people who like MCSG. The senior staff needs to start pulling it together, stop being biased and run these servers fairly. You aren't Hitler, Hugo Chavez, or Stalin... Please guys, please...

After seeing what has happened on this thread and a few others, I'm going to come forward with my final statement on this ordeal. Philly was demoted by Bic. Bic has no obligation to tell us what happened. Does the community have the right to know what happened? No. Does the community have the right to ask Philly and Bic what happened? Yes. Does the community have the right to be angry? Yes, Philly was a good mod from what I saw.

Arena Master, as much as I appreciate your enthusiasm, you need to calm down. There may be perfectly legitimate reasons as to why Philly was demoted. Your thread directed at Bic seems rather petty. Please try to keep a level head.

Bic, I understand you only have the community's best interests at mind, but the way you have acted in this thread seems questionable. From previous posts, it sound like you locked the thread for a short time, that doesn't seem reasonable. As a community, we want to know the truth, or at the very least if the demotion was for legitimate reasons.

Everyone else, calm down. It's better to remain level headed, as that will let you make better decisions.

To all that are writing about me on the forums, starting petitions and complaining to Sr Staff about my demotion let me say this.

I appreciate the support and I am honoured that you all wish to defend me.
However I'm going to respectfully ask that you all desist and stop what you're doing.
I won't be getting my mod rank back and even if I were offered it I would decline.
Sr staff gave me a number of reason why they chose it was time to demote me and although I don't agree demotion wasn't the right course of action, thats not my decision to make and it was voted unanimously by the powers that be.

Bic was indeed the staff member who demoted me. I respect Bic and have accepted the demotion.

The reasons behind it are basically down to immaturity. Yes, in game I was very professional and went about my job extremely well. However the majority of the problems happened on our Teamspeak.

Now many of you know this but I am much older than the average MCSGer, 24..
I have my own place, a nice job and overall a nice life.
My job however can be very stressful which is why I like to unwind and relax on Teamspeak,
which some have viewed as immature and I have received many complaints about it.
And it is due to those complaints I was inevitably demoted.

I come on these servers and am apart of this community because I enjoy and love it.

My time as moderator may have come to an end but I would still like to be apart of this community as you've all grown on me quite a bit.


If anyone would like to know why I was demoted specifically then please ask me on TS.
And if anyone does indeed have a problem with me being apart of this community, say it to me.

I am not one who enjoys drama and would really like all the hate towards the Sr staff to stop.
Bic did his job. And he does it well.

And remember everyone, It's only a game

Alright guys, it's time I put this thread to rest, I'm not going to heat up any more discussions. I was never "uncalm", but I found the whole thing shady. I appreciate Philly coming out to respond to help clear things up.
