I feel that we should not even have a poll, there was no reason to demote a good Moderaor. If one or two little kids said they didn't like him, they can leave. Or just not talk to him. Just don't join the ts channel he's in, and seriously. What's the probability of him joining the same game as him?

EDIT: MCSG Staff, don't do this. Don't become one of those corrupt communities where the staff ban a person just because of a personal reason. I for one, have been in Philly's position once, to be demoted just because of a personal trait/reason and I really hated that. I spread the word about the server, and now it is one of the most hated servers on the web, which is LegendaryCraft / Minecade. It is one of the most popular server networks out there, to the new players who play there, it seems really fun there, but when you get to know the Owners and the Administrators, they are just plain corrupt. The owners used to be really nice guys, along with the Administrators, but now they are using their servers to get money out of it.

I made this reference to maybe predict what might happen to MCSG if the senior staff keep doing this. Yes, LegendaryCraft was all nice before they did all this excluding crap. Now it's just starting. Don't do this, MCSG. I know it's just a demotion, but now if you get used to it, it's all going downhill. When BajanCanadian got banned, he left the servers with a quote; "I am no longer using the abyssal services of MCSG!" Don't make Mitch right. Let this be a message to you Senior Staff members. Right your wrongs this instant, don't do this.

I got a little bit into a story, but in conclusion, don't do this, it isn't right to just demote a good staff member because of one trait they have...

So, after these events a thread was made to help get Philly his mod back. It came with a petition that, within a few hours, got over 100 signatues:

First off, it's Petition, and second off, that is a seriously horrible idea.
