I have never seen half of the CA players.... I think that when new regional leaderboards come out people have a chance to choose what leaderboard they will play for IE, I choose CA so I dont get ranked on the US regional board. because gracer10cp never plays ever. therefor everone gets ranked up one. BUT the people who DONT choose dont get to go into a leaderboard other then the global one. This way, people who have left, banned or dont play that region dont get added to those leaderboards.

Ah, but then what about the wins you currently have? Since the data is only for the last 100-200 games most of your wins are gone. So my idea works as to the wins you have now because they wuld have to do a full reset to fit your idea.
