I cannot sleep during the day unless I'm sick; not because of light, my body just can't sleep. I have to lay in bed for like a hour to sleep too, my mind is very active.

Same here. After being on the internet for a few hours my mind is extremely active. But when it's night time my body's tiredness overpowers my mind's activity and I can sleep
