it very well could be haters but sometimes if somebodys mom came in at the wrong time in a video then they thought it was in-appropriate then they could have complained

I was able to schedule the uploading of that video before my account access was removed. Therefore, it still uploaded on time today.
you might just have to live stream on twitch for now just get colt to comment on your lastest video saying like here is julio's nightly hunger games livestream or something

No matter what you do, youtube won't change their mind, they're just too powerful for us.

Honestly, if Tomahawk's videos were flagged, I don't think that YT just takes the communities word for it. Then would JB still be able to post videos? How about Pewdiepie? How many people do you think flag those videos for BS reasons, or just because they don't like the Youtuber. YT admins or something have to go through the flagged videos and check them for the flagged content. I'm no sure what they found, but Tomahawk obviously did something wrong.

Well, technically, I know which videos got flagged, and one of the videos does NOT deserve to be flagged, which one? It's the one where he teams with Graser10, I remember watching that video and there was absolutely NOTHING wrong about it, there was absolutely NO inappropriate content anywhere through the video, nothing even offensive in the video...

Why don't you just file a counter copyright claim? :(

That said, I tweeted @YTCreators and @YouTuber for ya.

I can't believe you actually said this. You want to know why JB and Pewdiepie are not banned? You want to know why you haven't seen their videos deleted? It's because they have a partnership to back them up! If you flag a partnered video Youtube has to deal with the partnership company and most of the time they just cancel the strike. I worked with a person who had a Machinima license and people flagged his videos all the time. But guess what? All he had to do was give a small talk to Machinima and they got rid of his strike just like that.

Julio is currently unpartnered so he has no resources to get his back. In fact, his strikes came after he terminated his contract with BentPixels. Julio just became an easy target to anyone that can make a convinceable, false flagged video.

This is stupid as hell, who would ever flag one of TomaHawk's videos when they're clear from inappropriate stuff?
