We all know that ghosts are a problem and , even though we reset servers after each game ends they still appear. And my question is as follows:

If i just wait the 5 minutes with the ghost in the deathmatch, will it still count as a win? points are irrelevant

No, it sadly counts as a tie and no one gets anything.
