You are a spectator because you joined a game in progress. You must wait for the game to finish. The server will then restart and boot everyone out. Once you see the same server back online, quickly join it and your are in. You will find yourself in the waiting lobby. Just wait for the timer to go down and before you know it, you will be playing!
