Donator Disrespect

I think hwracer shouldn't have made this thread. I understand that those people are sh*t, but just hold it in, and just make a report abuse. One of them swore, the others disrespecting the donors.



Everyone should be treated equally, but shouldn't the donors have a little bit more respect? Like Unuxon for example, there really is no reason for donating gold, but he did. I mean they donate money to the server (some of them who just want perks, some of them so that the servers stay up), which means a lot. Without donors, the servers won't be up for any longer, especially since now there is WAAAY too many servers, and now everybody can get into servers.

That's not true and also one of the mods featured in that screenshot is new and he probably didn't know what to do. There wasn't any chat offences being broken that I could see

LittleMissApple has been mod for 2 months, that's not new.
There were plenty of chat offenses.

I think this thread was a great way to show the forum community the problem, and not just report 3 people to 1 moderator for 'player abuse'. That way the message doesn't get out, and it continues being an issue. The donor abuse wasn't the only issue here, it is also the lack of moderation on the AU servers (or at least I think that it is).

That's one way of looking at it. But not everyone can donate, and I'm sure many more people would if they could. Donors may deserve more respect for donating their money, but everyone is still a living being and therefore for that reason deserve equal respect.

Some people were telling me that annoyance means a thing that annoys someone. This is not the full definition, just to make it clear annoyance has TWO definitions. These are the two according to Google:

1. The feeling or state of being annoyed; irritation.
2. A thing that annoys someone; a nuisance.

Some people honestly, need to get their heads out of their butts, and realize that donors help pay for the game they're playing. Without them-- there wouldn't be a game at all. Some people are apparently too self-focused, and are only concerned that their friend, or they, themselves were kicked, rather than the bigger picture of funding.

Even if you dislike donators, the way they expressed it was honestly in no way appropriate, and I hope you filed a "Report Abuse" with this >.<

As for LittleMissApple, I'll give him/her the benefit of the doubt. While they were supposed to attempt to keep the peace, and step in, setting bans, especially for the player who told you to "Kill yourself", they might have been AFK, or not focused. While they should have been, we can't really be too harsh. LittleMissApple should heed this as a "wake-up" call, and try to be more focused doing their duties in-game

How you said "Some people honestly. need to get their heads out of their butts" I strongly agree it really really frustrates me when people can't understand and grasp the concept that donors help the servers, and without them the servers won't be here.

Not that I'm defending them or anything, but regular members deserve just as much respect as donators, just because you pay money doesn't automatically mean you deserve respect.
