It's not that I doubt his PvP skills. What I'm curious is to how devoted he is to the clan. What if he starts being inactive after a couple of days? It's happened before when people are added to the clan and just don't do or say anything.

Yes, Elites should have good PvP skills and a large amount of wins, but their loyalty and seniority should also be a factor.

We play with them daily for about a few weeks, and they would tell us if they start to go inactive, or we talk about it. I think this system we're using now s our best system so far and it has worked well.

Seniority should not be a big deal because you could have been in the clan for a long time and could have done little, or you could be new or not have been in the clan for a long time yet help out a lot. (e.g. Kosmish, Turnip)

Well, not really, it wasnt organized at all, we never had any roster or anything, and we never knew who all we were fighting. So no, it isn't our problem. We will organize a battle soon.

It took us awhile to decide who we were going to accept. During this time I saw mikey on almost everyday playing with us. He has proven that he is loyal, and that is why he was accepted along with the three people. If he starts being inacive after a couple of days, that would be odd and we would have to talk to him about it. I was gone for a week (vacation) and the day I came I back I was questioned by Ryan (when he was leader) about my inactivity, we are trying to make sure everyone is active.
