So apparently mikeyman is an Elite on his first day? Back in the old days, being an Elite meant that you were extraordinarily skilled at PvP and that the leader of the clan was close to you. Now, it seems to me like being an Elite means having a lot of wins.

I suggest making a time requirement to become an Elite (one or two weeks).

It's not that I doubt his PvP skills. What I'm curious is to how devoted he is to the clan. What if he starts being inactive after a couple of days? It's happened before when people are added to the clan and just don't do or say anything.

Yes, Elites should have good PvP skills and a large amount of wins, but their loyalty and seniority should also be a factor.
