No. The chat and kick will NEVER happen im sorry to say that. the power to kick people? you nutz!

You would need SpoutCraft for this, or a mod. If you did have a mod however, everyone else who doesn't have the mod can't see your cape, so basically you'd just have donors looking at other donors' capes.
