Did you see the beginning where it shows the as station and Kenny ad duck getting into the truck. I love that little nod to the main story

Yep. You know the part in Russell's story where you can hide in the grass near the walker? If you look carefully you can see that the walkers body is actually that of either Carly or Doug, depending on who you saved in the first episode. It's implied that that spot in the road is where lilly shot them.
