Email alerts. Help!

Doesn't matter how many settings I change and every tactic possible, every alert I get goes to my email and it's extremely annoyed, I will have around 100 emails per day from mcsg and I have changed every single setting possible but it doesn't stop.

If you know how to stop this PLEASE tell me.

No? and no, I get alerts like "someone has replied to a thread you watch" but if I check it and then someone else posts another email goes through, I don't mind the alerts but the emails are horrible
