In light of the 1.6.1 update, my Mac not working and all round being sick of the mac. I am thinking about buying a gaming PC. I don't want to build one, but I iz newb, and have no idea what I'm doing.

Any ideas and what do I need to buy?

Also if I buy a pre built one like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229285, will it come with all the components needed to use?

Also any cheap monitors that will run fast, and good keyboards, mouses to use. Keep in mind I'm on a tight budget :D Thanks

Couldn't care less what else it runs, just runs minecraft decently on at least normal render distance, and isn't too power heavy, or expensive.

What is the cap of your budget? This is the first thing we need to know. Do you own the Mac? Would you sell it in order to boost your money?

Nope, my budget would be pretty low, and the mac is not mine to sell, all I want it for is vanilla minecraft, don't need any fancy mods or shaders to run. Is $500 a realistic budget or too little?

That sounds pretty good, It's pretty hard to get a solid computer to run minecraft smoothly for that cheap a price as it is, believe it or not, a bit of a power hog. Now I'm not exactly the computer type. But I'm sure someone can come in and help ya out. Just remind them that you aren't looking for a truck load of memory. Just a decent enough computer to run MC.
