Android is a really, REALLY dodgy OS, so I would recommend iPhone.
Unless you're a hipster, in that case get a Nokia.

Android can get a virus and such, considering you can download almost every living file. I would stick with an iPhone, I don't like apple, but IOS, I love it!

It really depends...

You're not going to do anything with an iPhone unless you jailbreak it, that voids your warranty.

An iPhone is considered easier to use but in my opinion it's really personal preference.

As for viruses; aslong as you're smart you won't get any. Just don't download/click on sketchy things.

As for SG4 (Woah, Samsung galaxy 4 is a map. D: ) v iPhone5 I'd go for Samsung. I would recommend looking at the HTC one, that phone is godlike.
